DAVE SEAMAN & QUIVVER CURATE BALANCE'S NEW MIX

In the wake of the acclaimed and chart-topping mixes from Henry Saiz and Tim Green in 2023, Balance has once again raised the bar by enlisting the talents of two UK stalwarts, Dave Seaman and Quivver, to curate their next mix compilation release.

For this project, Dave Seaman and Quivver have reached out far and wide to their network of producer friends, resulting in a real coup. Every track featured on the compilation is exclusive to the release, showcasing the duo's dedication to delivering a truly unique listening experience. Adding to the excitement, the pair have included five exclusive collaborative productions, offering a snapshot of their current musical direction.

The lead single from the album, “Make This Disappear”, features the seasoned vocalist Quivver on lead vocals, with Dave Seaman making his debut behind the mic contributing backing vocals—an exciting first after more than three decades in the music industry. Additionally, anticipation is high for Dave Seaman's highly sought-after, previously unreleased remix of Underworld's “Low Burn”, which finally sees the light of day on this compilation.

Exclusive tracks from some of the hottest electronic music producers, including Einmusik, Robert Babicz, Gai Barone, Dee Montero, Timo Maas, and Just Her, among others, further enrich the compilation, ensuring a diverse and dynamic listening experience.

Quivver reflects on the project, stating, "With DJ mixes so readily available online these days, we wanted to create something truly special that would stand out from the crowd and endure the test of time." Dave Seaman echoes this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of creating a physical product in today's digital era. He expresses gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the esteemed Balance Mix series, emphasizing the album's status as a labor of love.
