Eli & Fur share new single from upcoming sophomore album

Eli & Fur have announced their second album, Dreamscapes, set for release on September 27. To coincide with the announcement, the London-born, now LA-based duo has shared “Golden Eyes and Tears”, the second single from the forthcoming LP, following the previously released “Insomnia”.

“Golden Eyes and Tears” captures a nostalgic, euphoric feeling with its ambient soundscape, analog warmth, and Eli & Fur's distinctive vocals. The track is meant to embody the memorable moments of the night, with the duo explaining: "This track is for the more introspective moments. Think about your favourite part of the night. Maybe it’s the getting ready process, dancing with friends, or a great conversation. “Golden Eyes and Tears” is a love song for the thoughtful early mornings, reminiscing as you wind down after a night out."

The Dreamscapes album spans 15 tracks, built around the emotions and transformative experiences that occur between sunset and sunrise. Eli & Fur describe the album as inspired by "the moments between dusk and dawn, getting lost in the night, moving from dance floor to dance floor, interspersed by periods of introspective solitude."

To promote Dreamscapes, Eli & Fur will hold showcases in London, Los Angeles, and New York City, promising to bring each track to life in a unique live experience, beyond the usual DJ set.
