Arodes takes on Kings of Leon’s ‘Use Somebody’

DJ and producer Arodes has teamed up with Armada Music to release a fresh reimagining of Kings of Leon’s hit “Use Somebody”. This release debuts his newly established label, Unreleased, in partnership with Armada Music, which will provide support in A&R, label management, distribution, and marketing. The move signals a pivotal moment for Arodes as he aims to expand his label’s presence in the global dance music scene.

Armada, with over 20 years of industry expertise, is set to bolster Unreleased’s impact, blending its network with Arodes’ innovative approach to dance music production. Speaking on the partnership, Arodes expressed his excitement: “This collaboration opens up new creative possibilities and will help us bring cutting-edge music to a broader audience.”

The debut track, “Use Somebody”, offers a fresh take on the iconic original, blending its familiar vocals with piano-driven melodies and a deep Afro-house beat. Produced by Arodes and Redd, the track is designed for the dancefloor, reimagining the rock anthem for electronic music lovers.

Arodes elaborated on the creative process, stating: “The goal was to bring a completely new vibe from an electronic music perspective while preserving the core emotion of the track. By experimenting with sounds and reworking the arrangement, I aimed to create something that resonates with both new listeners and fans of the original.”
