Burial & Kode9 Link Up For split Hyperdub 12” EP

Burial and Kode9 have released a new split 12” EP titled Phoneglow / Eyes Go Blank via Kode9’s Hyperdub label. This marks their third collaborative project, following the Infirmary / Unknown Summer EP for fabric Originals in 2022 and their joint mix for the final FabricLive compilation in 2018.

The digital version of the EP is available now, while the vinyl edition is set to be released on August 23rd. The A-side features Burial’s track “Phoneglow”, and the B-side showcases Kode9’s “Eyes Go Blank”.

This release sees Burial returning to Hyperdub after his previous single “Dreamfear / Boy Sent From Above” on XL Recordings. Kode9’s last album, Escapology, was released in 2022.
