Maga reworks Zacharias Tiempo’s ‘Moon Racer’

Originally released through ICONYC’s Noir sublabel, Zacharias Tiempo’s “Moon Racer” did the rounds back in June 2020 with its hybrid take on progressive house and melodic techno. Now, ICONYC has just unveiled one of its most cherished gems to date with a rework of “Moon Racer” by esteemed French producer Maga.

Born out of Maga’s own initiative, this new edit of “Moon Racer” showcases one of the Nice-born artist's finest moments as he reconstructs Zacharias Tiempo’s progressive original into a heavy-handed tribal Afro-House cut.

A gorgeous and utterly irresistible moment, Maga’s otherwordly rework of “Moon Racer” stands as proof of his enthralling creativity, flipping it on its head for a more primal late-night seance.
